Hello, I’m writing this blog to help me record the dates, events and activities that happen in and around the gardens, ponds and fields surrounding Lletty Cottage at Yew Tree Farm.

I live in Yew Tree Farm with Jim, my husband and our two cats, Maisie-(she’s Jim’s cat- beautiful fluffy coat and with a big tail and a show-off) and Holly( my cat- grey and white and lazy and lovely) . I am a retired junior school teacher and enjoy gardening, painting, socialising and country life. Jim is a retired engineer and partly lives in his workshop! He loves motor bikes, old cars, heritage trains, renovating old machines and making things. We love living in the country and enjoy watching the wildlife in our garden especially the birds.
We hope that all visitors to Lletty Cottage will enjoy the gardens and the countryside as much as we do.
