Croeso! Welcome to Lletty Cottage a lovely five star holiday cottage for two in Carmarthenshire

December 2015 Happy Christmas December 24, 2015

Today,  for Christmas,  I was going to post some beautiful photos of the garden  with all the grasses and plants covered in  sparkling frost but sadly there has been no frost just  rain and  more rain. Thus leaving the garden a sad, sodden and definitely wet place. Nevertheless, I ventured forth whilst we had a brief spell of dryness and unbelievably a ray of sunshine appeared …..just one but what a relief!

This squirrel has been in our family for over 70 years and moved from my grandparent’s garden in Milford Haven then to the Mumbles, in my parent’s garden and now to our garden  – I love it!

A very wet but warm welcome awaits all visitors  at Christmas time.

No snowdrops in the garden but daffodils flowering away happily- much confusion in the borders!

It’s always lucky to  make a wish on  a full moon and tonight  with the sky bright with the full moon I wish you all a very Happy Christmas and a wonderful 2016.

Curious to see daffodils at this time of year. I am glad that you found a few dry moments to get out.

Yesterday I spent a very pleasurably couple of hours catching up on all your blogs. Thank you for sharing your wonderful photos and snapshots of your life with everyone. I think they should be compulsory reading for everyone as they certainly inspire and delight this blogger.
